 A long time rancher with a passion to capture my surroundings on film has developed into an interesting out take of presenting the natural beauty of pictures in an unaltered state, creating scenery pictures that could not be wilder if imagined. Reflections of mountains more brilliant than the one can see, are captured by the Canon 7D even when not visible to the human eye.
I've been taking photos for over 40 years with emphasis on the outdoors contrasting colors and the beauty of magnificent creations of God in the forms of wildlife including cougars, grizzly bears, and bighorn sheep, plus fighting white tail bucks. Bicycling tens of thousands of miles has allowed countless opportunities to see many photos present themselves that may have been missed by passing motorists. A twenty day two thousand two hundred mile plus bicycling adventure from Wyoming to Alaska through Canada taking the highway from Banff to Jasper on the Parks Icefield Highway then turning on the Yellowhead Highway continueing on to Prince Rupert and the Alaska Marine Highway inspired me to work on a technique to get Lake Reflections at a more consistant pace. Hiking many miles in rough country has also allowed for opportunities to unfold naturally with unaltered beauty jumping forward in photos.
